Light Legal Ltd is a client-intake, administrative support and referral business. Light Legal Ltd is not a firm of solicitors and does not itself provide legal advice, reserved legal services or legal representation.

INDEPENDENT PROVIDER

Where a client requires legal advice or representation, Light Legal may introduce the client to an independent regulated legal professional or firm. The professional or firm will provide its regulatory details and its own terms of engagement before carrying out legal work.

IMMIGRATION

Light Legal does not provide immigration advice or immigration services. We do not assess immigration eligibility, recommend visa routes, prepare immigration representations, complete immigration applications as a legal representative or act for clients before UK Visas and Immigration.

USE OF PANEL CREDENTIALS

Light Legal does not present the regulatory authorisation of an independent panel professional as authorisation of Light Legal itself. Any reference to a professional’s regulatory status applies to that professional and/or their regulated firm, as stated.

CLIENT VERIFICATION

If you are introduced to a regulated professional, you should receive their firm name, regulatory details and engagement information directly from them before you decide whether to instruct them.
